Your data is stored on ActiveCampaign's servers in the USA. For data transfers from the EU to the USA, ActiveCampaign relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, which are intended to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with ActiveCampaign, under which ActiveCampaign is contractually obligated to protect your data and not to pass it on to third parties.
